PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Availability and pricing of all items are subject to availability. Probahoman.com will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) and services you have ordered are not available. If not, then Customer Care will offer similar alternatives.
All prices are subject to change without notification, and while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on probahoman.com, they are not guaranteed to be accurate. If any price is different from that displayed we will inform you before dispatching the order and you will have the option of continuing with the order or not.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to any customer or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PRICING POLICY
The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Currency (BDT). In the case of a pricing mismatch for system malfunction authority reserves the right to cancel any order any time.
ORDER POLICY
Once an order is placed by the customer it will be confirmed by us within the next one working day. After that we will proceed on shipping by following our shipping policy. Probahoman reserves the right to cancel the order based on product availability & in the case of advance payment customer will be refunded by following our refund policy. Once the order is confirmed then customer unable to cancel the order for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & prepaid payment orders.
Cash On Delivery Policy
INSIDE DHAKA:
1. During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.
2. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.
3. Delivery time: 3-5 working days.
6. Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacement policy.
7. Probahoman reserves the right to change any policy at any time.
OUTSIDE DHAKA:
1. Customers must have to check the products (color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery and no complaints will be accepted.
2. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.
3. The customer will get home delivery at the Thana level and in some cases, the customer has to collect from the Courier point.
5. Delivery charge of Tk 120 is applicable for both cash-on-delivery (COD) and advance payment modes. (Delivery charges may be higher due to variation in product quantity and weight.)
6. Delivery time: 5-7 working days.
7. Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacement policy.
8. Probahoman. reserves the right to change any policy any time.
QUALITY & COLOR INCONSISTENCY
We always try to provide the best quality products at reasonable prices to our valued customers. So, we believe customers will be satisfied with our price range and product quality. In case of unexpected quality problems of any product, we have 15 days’ exchange facility. We have tried our best to put the actual color of the products on the website and the images provided on the website are exactly the same as the actual products. Please note that due to lighting, graphics and monitor visual inconsistencies, colors may appear slightly different.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE:
1. If we are unable to deliver the product ordered.
2. If mistakenly we deliver different products without informing the customer.
3. If the customer has received the faulty product.
In the case of the above points as per the Government’s Digital Policy 2011, the refund will be executed within 7-10 days in case of advance payment. Refunds will be applicable for online orders only.

During customer registration and placing orders generally, we store customer’s basic data (Name, Mobile, email, address etc.) in our own database.
